Additonal Fee field per item - CRE Loaded

We're using a CRE loaded website, we need to add an additional fee per item in additional to the item price. This fee, will be shown at the checkout per item, and also add a new line item to show the total fee (will be called environmental fees), then added to the total price of the order. This will require adding a new field to the product admin panel. Also a new field per item on the cart, and a new field at the checkout for the total. Also will need to show on their invoice and emails. This item, will not be taxable. We'll provide you with FTP and cpanel. We'll also be able to insert a new field for you for the product table. We will only accept bidders with 50 or more positive feedback.
