Shell Scripts for cPanel/WHM-based servers

I need shell scripts that I can run as root to perform the following activities: 1. Change primary domain name associated with a username. 2. Change a domain name's IP address. 3. List all parked domains associated with a username. 4. Change the bandwidth limit of a username. 5. Add, delete, or edit a DNS zone entry. 6. Park a domain name to a username. 7. View mail statistics. 8. View top email relayers. 9. Delete an SSL host. 10. General an SSL certificate signing request (CSR). 11. Install an SSL certificate to an existing domain on the server. 12. List all SSL hosts that are active on the server. Each function should be in its own shell script. Shell scripts must be able to run even if WHM was not running on the server. If you are not able to do all 12, please let me know what you CAN do, and we can negotiate a price from there. To ensure that you are not submitting a generic bid, please also include the programming language you are going to use to implement this. Acceptable programming languages are: Perl, PHP, C/C++, Python, and any shell scripting languages. Whatever your choice of programming language is, I will need the source code. Thank you.
