56349 Join two .MP3 files

Looking for a simple PHP script (or .cgi) with an html page to join two .MP3 files into one. (1) a button to find a file on your harddrive and click to upload it (FILE 1), into the same directory having the html page (call it /joinmp/) (2) a button to find a second file on your harddrive and click to upload it (FILE 2), in the same directory having the html page (call it /joinmp/) (3) a third button that says "join" - once you press join the second file is inserted into the middle of the first file OPTIONAL : If possible I would like to be asked a time, such as "where to put File 2" and the answer would be "2:22" so 2 minutes and 22 seconds into file 1, file 2 would be placed and then the rest of file 1. Please bid on 1,2 and 3 above and let me know in the PMB if you can do the optional piece for that price or additional. Thanks.
