New WebSite (Second Submission)

The Coder/Developer I accepted for this project has been defaulting from the project with only 4 days left until the project's deadline. The project is currently in Arbitration and will more than likely result in a cancellation on his part, so, I am reposting the project early to try and preserve some time on this project. I will only consider bids that are for what it originally got bidded out for: $110.00 or less. Coder/Developer must have a good background with RAC and good feedbacks with no cancellations. I have attached very thorough details concerning the site's devlopment and requirements. Due to time constraints the maximum deadline time will be 10 days from the date your bid is accepted. There is an exception to that deadline however...if you are able to provide a working site before/on that deadline which will take orders and place it onto our server we will give you an extension, while we are unfortunately in a hurry with this project, we do not want to sacrifice the quality. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Developer/Coder will be responsible for placing the site and it's contents into the server, and ensure everything works 100% 5) Developer/Coder will provide a detailed written description of what was used to create the code, what is required to run/contain the code, and how to fill in each field. 6) Developer/Coder must maintain contact describing and/or showing his/her progress. All emails sent by me must be responded to withen 24 hours and done through RAC. 7) All work and design is subject to our approval, and we may refuse any work (whole or part). ## Platform Please imform me of the requirements upon bid for my approval
