CUSTOM TSHIRT APP FOR PRESTASHOP

We are a brand new company looking for someone to program an online software wich will allow our customers to create custom t-shirts (uploading logo, adding text etc...). We would like this program in JQuery, HTML5 or Flash. We need this program to be FULLY WORKING on our prestashop, creating an order with the custom shirt etc... Also the customer will be able to create multiple t-shirts. The attached file has been made on photoshop, just to give you a global idea of what we want.
