Automated Pick-up-game system for Counter-Strike

Features: Registration including GUID (SteamID). After registration user should be able to browse list of Pick-up-games (pugs) There is two categories of pugs Counter-strike 1.6 and Counter-strike Source with sub categories Free / Pre-paid. If the user chooses pre-paid pug he must pay the entry fee to reserve the spot. After he reserve a spot he should receive the server ip, password and time the game starts. Maximum 10 players / game. After he connects to server it should check his SteamId with SteamID's registered for that game. If it doesn't match he should be kicked. If the user decides to leave the game before it started (before match goes live) he should be able to get refund on his account ( click button "leave pug" on the website ). If he leaves the game after it started there is no refund. After the game is finished the winning team players should be creadited on their accounts. Same thing goes for free pugs, only there is no fees and winning teams don't get credits. Only two games, Counter-strike 1.6 and Counter-strike Source.
