To create a "news ticker" using flash and flash action script to go on a website. You will need to be able to feed the ticker from an XML file in the site directory. The ticker need to select a first item from the XML file at random and then continue from there and when all the items are finished, it will wrap around and start again with a randomly selected item and so on. In addition when you mouse over one of the items in the ticker, the ticker should pause and that item will link to an specified URL. With mouse-off the ticker keeps going I will enclose some existing code that we had done that doesn't work very well but it does the right things. It may just not be coded well. And the linking was never included. The ticker needs to work over a background I will supply and it needs to work well in all the major browsers. ## Deliverables Zip file contains existing app. Will provide font specs and colors to winning bidder
