Improve animations for any game

I have any game <[login to view URL]> Developed on Construct 2, i need to improve animations that are 10 basic actions for 4 characters. The characters have the same size, position, etc. only change his face and his colour, so, i think if you do the animations for any character, you can replicate for each one. I basically need more smooth animations. I have this guide in flash <[login to view URL]> So what i need? I need improve the actual animations to do all the actual animations more smooth. My problem is the time, i need to do before the 22 GMT of sunday april 15th. The animations must be delivered on sequential PNG files. I think if you take all the sunday doing this, you can do this work well. I have the .capx engine file of Construct 2 I have the original Illustrator files of all the character I have the inkscape files were we will do the graphics. Anybody?
