Need a VERY BASIC Browser Based Mobile 1-Page website creator

I need someone to create me a browser based mobile site creator. But I want it to be VERY basic. I want to allow my clients to create a free mobile site, but naturally want them to pay me for custom work. So I want those who cant afford it to feel like I gave them something, but the majority will want something a little more pretty. I want them to be able to choose a background color. Put the name of their company as the headline. Put their phone number. Put their hours of operation. Put their address. Like this: ![][1] I do NOT want them to have click to call functionality, no maps, nothing but what you see above. I dont actually do the custom work, so I am not entirely sure how mobile sites work. But in essence I want the finished creation to be just an image, or act like an image. Except for the small footer link back to my site, nothing will be clickable. And there will be only the one page, the landing page that mobile users are sent to. It will just show that information only. So I was thinking it would have a graphic of a smartphone (I will provide that graphic) on the right hand side. And then on the left hand side, they can pick their color, add in their name, phone number and address and see a live preview of it in the graphic on the right as they enter it. Then once they click "Create My Mobile Site" they will be taken to a page where they can download it. You will need to create that process too, and the page. You will need to get what they just created onto that page so they can download it. I will be doing a lot of custom work to the page, to highlight my custom work and the various ways they can just order from me. Same with the download page.
