366464 phpfox modifications

I have a brandnew phpfox installation and need some modifications to it. - insert background and header image, adjust site colors - remove some links from the navigation - adjust structure of user home page - install some digg news clone plugin phpfox is based on the smarty template engine This is for an exisitng membership site that currently runs on amember + phpbb and wordpress. Amember manages the logins, so when a user logs in they are automatically logged into phpbb, wordpress and phpfox as well (this is already setup for phpfox). However I also need to import all the phpforum posts into the phpfox forum so I can completely get rid of phpbb and wordpress. This is an easy project for someone who has experience with template design and php.
