542885 Need Site For Creating and Storing Custom Forms

We need a skilled, experienced Joomla and/or PHP programmer to create a website which will basically be a clone of google docs. We already have purchased template so their will be little design needed. We require a site where users can login to our site via front end and access a secure users area where they can add, edit, delete, print, and download files. However, the main difference between our needs and Google Docs and that the users will input data into a form and the information they enter will populate pre-existing forms that we have created, similiar to a mail merge. Each form users create will have a specific legal needs based on the rules of their local court, and the documents should hyerlink to our database where all of the rules are stored. This is the workflow: 1. User visit our site at Foreclosure Zoom home page. 2. User signs up for subscription to our site and pays via paypal. 3. After payment, user is directed back to Foreclosure Zoom site where he sets up his username (email) and password. 4. User authenticates his email address. 5. User logs in for first time, and fills in forms what contain 20 to 25 fields which are stored in his user profile. 6. Users personal data is used by our server/script to populate forms created by us. 7. User has documents storage area in our site where all of his forms are stored. (User has option to add, edit, delete forms stored in his folder. 8. User has access to document storage AND his account also must have following features: a. Webmail integration where user can send and receive emails within his user area (similiar to webmail feature in CRM software like vtiger) b. Calendar with email notification where user can store important dates c. Support area where user can submit trouble ticket to Foreclosure Zoom support team and tickets are stored for user to retrieve/view later. d. Anonymous Forum where user can click link to participate in our forum ANONYMOUSLY. In forum he will be id'd only by a user number (which system auto generates when user signs up. e. Inside user area is link to Foreclosure Zoom Law Library, which are html pages which we will create. Only logged in user can access Law Library which will be similiar to a knowledge base. (need knowledge base script installed) f. Need contact database feature where user can store contact information for Court and opposing attorney (s) g. Need log feature where can add call log record for phone calls made off line. THis is a SIMPLE project for anyone who is skilled in Joomla and PHP.
