509533 Website CSS/HTML to Joomla

I need a coder to convert CSS/HTML to the Joomla content management system. Coder must have proficient knowledge of CSS, HTML, and the Joomla CMS Website requirements: -The code must be compatible with major browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc. -The header, toolbar, and search engine should be part of one template. If one item is edited, it should be updated throughout the whole website. -There are three different forms used on the website: newsletter mailing list, online application, and a contact form. Website mockup and coding requirements will be provided.
