OSCommerce Work

Hello there If possible I would like my OSCommerce v2.2 store upgrading to v2.3.1 the latest version - but this may not be possible with the number of modifcations I have and want to be made... please advise in the PMB. I require a freelancer who can apply a new theme to my existing OSCommerce store. I can provide you with an existing website to copy (nothing too complicated) but it must SEO friendly i.e. all CSS if possible without any tables! (I know this can't be done 100% but as good as possible) I also need them to install a shipping contribution that allows shipping by weight and country i.e. Country 1 (selected from drop down menu) Up to 5KG= £5.00 Up to 10KG= £10.00 Over 15KG= £15.00 Country 2 (selected from drop down menu) Up to 5KG= £3.00 Up to 10KG= £7.00 Over 15KG= £10.00 Country 3 (selected from drop down menu) Up to 5KG= £5.00 Up to 10KG= £9.00 Over 15KG= £13.00 I then need them to add the following fields to the customer account registration form and checkout process: Address Line 2: Company Number: VAT Number (if VAT Registered): I also need them to install Category Descriptions - [login to view URL],4294 And lastly update the currently installed SEO contribution (SEO URLs as this is an old OSCommerce site) to ULTIMATE Seo Urls 5 - by FWR Media ([login to view URL]) and KissMT Dynamic SEO Meta & Canonical Header Tags ([login to view URL]) I'm not looking for the cheapest job but I need this doing quickly and properly.
