I need a php script that uploads a .csv file, reads it, and adds the content to a mysql database. I need a PHP script that does the following steps: 1. The page starts with a form for uploading (same location as script) a CSV file to the server. Only I will have access to the uploader. 2. After submitting and uploading the file to the server the file is read. The first line of the file contains titles (Name,Email,Address) for all following rows. These titles contain special characters (question markers, brackets). Each file contains some titles that are the same and some that are different. Example: File 1 titles: Name,Email,Address File 2 titles: Name,Email,Username The following lines in the file contain the content in text format. 3. The database table will already exist. New titles are added as new fields to the table (text). If a title/filed already exists it is used (so that there are not 2x Name fields). Content from the rest of the file is added as rows, split by new lines. Some addresses have new lines within quotes. It's important to me that the script is well commented throughout.

It is a well commented generic class for CSV interpolation. I will use it and get your thing done. All the code will be properly commented and divided for ease to user/read and extend.
