mySQL & PHP Expert Needed Immediately

I am in need of a mySQL and PHP expert immediately for a very small database program. The general layout is not difficult and it should not take more than an hour to complete. There is no design required as far as layout goes, I will handle all of the CSS. What I am in need of: I am in need of a simple database to store categories of business profiles. Basically on my website you will click a link called Business Profiles Once that link has been clicked it should go to a new page that lists a group of business categories that it will receive from a cloumn in my database. The list that is created of categories should be links that can be clicked. Once you click on one of the category links it takes you to a new page that lists all the businesses that were listed under that category and give a brief description of each. You then have the option of clicking on each individual business and seeing the entire business profile for that company. I know what fields I want to be in the mySQL database but I am not sure how to write the php code to display everything else I want. For someone that has been doing php for a while this should be really simple and extremly fast. I will provide you with a prepopulated database with the correct fields and some sample information. I also will need the backend form that can submit new rows of data to the database as we gain more clients. A simple insert statement will do. DEVELOPER MUST BE ONLINE WITH MSN MESSENGER.
