.net application deployed using clickonce (1285245)

Hi, I have written a basic application which has drop down menu's for hard coded links. 1./ I wish to have these links in some form of text file which is saved in a users pc when they intall the application. The application would then read this text file and populate the addresses at the begininning of the session. 2./ I would like the ability to drag and drop new items to any of the combo boxes at the position it is dropped. This would then add a link to the text file. 3./ If a user right clicked the menu item a popup would open allowing them to edit the displayed name and the actual URL. This would allow them to have their own customised version of the application, based on a file. It should not take too long to add the code required. Thanks.
