Print Preview with minor document modification

The program is a little print preview Screen that show up automatically when ever a file was set to printer (local or network printer). Printers are installed using PostScript et PCL drivers. The program must work with windows XP and Vista. It will be installed in PCs connected to a local network. ## Deliverables The attached file completely describ the goal of the program. It will contain 2 differents parts: Admin and Client. In the Admin Panel (running in the server PC) the administrator will be able to change the printing rate (eg. printer 1 = 1$/page, printer 2 = 1.5$/page, ...) all rate will be saved in an .ini file (among with other configurations like languages) The Client part is described in the attached file.
