510606 Incentive Script Custom Design

I just bought a new domain and I plan on using FSRevolution on it. FSRevolution is a great incentive script. It is a script coded in mostly php and has a css file. However, the script is coded using phpION. It is not definite, that we are using that script, so if you have a custom coded one or know of another with the same or better features that is easier to design then let me know in PMB please. But for now, I have a license for FSR and I need someone to design/customize it for me. I have exact details that need to be followed. I want this website to stand out a lot from the competitors. I want the front page to look different than all other FSRevolution sites. A good example is [login to view URL] or apple.v-bux.com. It doesn't look anything like FSRevolution and yet it is.
