Modify An Existing Wordpress Template + Create A Website

We need a website created using a wordpress template that we will provide. However, some changes need to be made to this template in order to fulfill our needs. This project will consist of you creating a website based on the instructions we give you. We have a vision of how we want the site to look and we have outlined a list of changes that need to be made. The site will be fairly simple. It will only be a few pages, so I don't expect that it should take very long to complete this project. It will have a home page, a pricing page, and a few other pages with contact us, about us, etc. It will be a fairly small site. These changes will be communicated to you via 3 videos where we explain how we want the site to look. Additionally, we will provide a word document with the text content that we need filled in. We will also provide an excel document that will be used for the pricing page of the website (pricing for our products/packages, etc.) We would really like someone creative to take on this project. If you are able to implement all of the features we need and do so using a different template or layout that is better than the concept we have come up with, that would be okay as well. If you do choose to use a different template or layout then the one we provide, please be sure to run this by us first to make sure that we like your ideas. We need this this project done as quickly as possible. We are on a strict deadline, so bidders who are able to finish this faster will be favored over those who cannot.
