I NEED AN ADULT PAY PER VIEW WEBSITE FULLY DESIGNED INCLUDING HOSTING ETC

HELLO DESIGNERS, i'm looking for someone to make me a website, hosting etc and everything included. However, the website i want to be created is an adult pay per view website with the following : 1. a system which generates a daily or weekly pass for users to access the website. 2. users both anonymous and registered should be able to upload their own videos and photos to my website, but they will only be visible after I(the administrators ) approval 3. videos which are visible on the screen, as seen on sites like [login to view URL] 4. viewers should be able to comment on videos, just like youtube. 5. a video system, where registered users (with their credit card etc) will be able to perform private shows for viewers who pay using a payment system like visa ,mastercard, paypal ..etc.. the site should be a secure payment site. Please let me know if you can accomplish this and lets get started from there. i pay with paypal only.. i will discuss in more details about my vision of the website, with the designer who will be intersted with this project.. i need someone who has extensive knowledge n skill in webdesign n stuff..
