Need Magento Expert for new site

I have an OScommerce site which I am migrating to Magneto. I have already got the Magento basic site up and running including data migration and theme installed. But I need a Magento expert for the following: • UI Customization - Provide Training and Walk-through on how to make further customization on purchased and installed theme. I have done customization on OSC but not much familiar with Magento. Therefore needs some hand holding. If I am not able to do the customization then I would ask you for the development effort. • Magento Extensions - Need expert advice on which extension to install for SEO, Performance, Google Feed, etc • Overall Consulting - Need to consult on overall architecture and settings of Magento and any other customization and extension I should install. I would like to set this up as on-going hourly based work for long term basis. Please provide me with • Either overall estimate and / or your hourly rate. • Best way to get hold of you and times you can be reached. I am in US time zone so would prefer suitable time. • Sample of work for Magento that you have done in past
