My site need Translation,i will tell you,you will code

Hello,i have a site need translation,i want to work together online from skype,i will send you or tell you online,you will do what i requested,even i did all translation from admin panel,not all translation reflect to the site,we need to translate full site without touching the source code...as i mention down pls see.... Translation process. Also not all the data comes from database. Some of the data is translated using __l() function. If this function misses then we have to add __l() function to the labels and have to be added in Admin >> Translations. For ex: If "login" is not translated, it should be __l('login'), so that this will be translated easily. i repeat again,i need a honest good working person who will work with me everyday online with skype,together we will fix all issue,i dont want admin panel translation just for user... thank you
