We are a technology integration firm who provide Talent and Technology Acquisition Services, as well as, IT Infrastructure Services to SMB, Enterprise and Government sectors. We are looking to re-design our website with fresh design. Pricing and project timeframes can be provided accordingly. Our current website needs to be redesigned because: • It does not portray Stele’s current capabilities and future aspirations • It does not complement our on-line or off-line intended marketing efforts • Is constructed entirely of static content • Will be updated with blogs, newsletters, news releases, white papers etc. • Will help us develop our internal database of candidates • Social media integration • Clients to use our portal to request quotes/ Integrate a shopping cart within the website • Incorporate our EDI capabilities within the website • Integrate Client Reporting • We want to have an integrated employee/consultant portal, to communicate, access HR info. As well as submit timesheets • Should have a separate design for cell-phone users Technical pre-requisites: 1. Customized, high quality design which includes content management, javascript, flash, html and, CSS if necessary 2. Capability to come-up with a theme for the website if necessary 3. Advance coding and system integration and search engine optimization capabilities 4. Capability to support/ maintain - on a long term basis Project Requirements: 1. A contract will be put in place which will bind both the parties. Any breach in the same will terminate the agreement 2. All designs made will be the intellectual property of Stele 3. All the graphics used in the design must have secure rights for commercial use on a website 4. We are keen to work with people who are creative, reliable and can self manage most of the work with minimal guidance from us Other Information: 1. Please mention clearly the time frame and cost of the project as well as the assumptions you are making 2. Experience / reference if any – preferably in the IT sector 3.
