WANTED: Web/Affiliate biz that makes over $7,500 per month

Looking to make over $7500 per month from an affiliate website or web business. I am more of a website developer these days, but I do have some background in internet marketing. Unfortunately, a lot has changed since I learned the basics of internet marketing, so I wish to find a mentor that can coach me to success once again. I currently have accounts with Commission Junction, Amazon, Bidvertiser, Clickbooth, CPALead, and Ascend Media. I am familiar with Google Adwords as well as adsense. I am willing to utilize Adwords, but not Adsense. I do not currently have a Yahoo! Publisher account but am willing to utilize that option as well. I also have my own server running cpanel and I have my domain registrar account. I would prefer to use what I already have as far as my web resources go. I would like 1-on-1 chat guidance. A guarantee that I will make money with this business will be required with project, I will pay you only after everything is setup and I start making money.
