Web Site with shopping cart

I need a website designed and built that will take online orders (no payments) and send them to designated inhouse contact for processing. The entry to the site will ask the user to verify legal age. From that verification point, there are two paths. If not age appropriate, present single page of content. If age appropriate, the user will be presented company list of products from which they can select for purchase. When the user is finished selecting, they will review their cart, and submit the order. The cart will not be taking any payments at this time, only product orders. Site is anticipated to be no larger than 11 pages, and there are currently only 27 different products/sku's. The site will also have social media like/share icons on each page. Would like this project completed no later than 04/3/2011.
