2 websites (Real Estate & Rental)

PROJECT – BID ON THIS: I need a programmer with ingoing knowledge to Joomla to create 2 websites for me. The first should be a real estate site with the features from [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Once this site is created, I need you to create a rental site with the features from [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] About 80% of the features from the real estate site is going to be used on the rental site, so most of the work on the rental site is done upon completion of the real estate site. Approximately 20% of the real estate homepage is already completed. RPL real estate component is installed on the real estate site but need a few changes. I have offers on $2.000 and below for this project and my ingoing study of the market, tell me that this is a good and fair offer. Please therefore DO NOT bid anything beyond this amount! Please ONLY bid on this project IF: 1. You can finish at least the real estate site within about 4 weeks. 2. You can document that you have created at least 10 advanced Joomla sites. Web address, email & phone numbers to those sites will be required for verification. 3. You have had a thorough look at the above 4 sites before you make your bet. 4. You can stick 100% to the agreed price, as there will be NO change in the agreed price during the work. 5. You accept that both the sites are created on MY server. 6. You give me a daily update of work done. 7. You can communicate quick & clear in English WITHOUT using a translator. 8. You can question my logic & offers alternative solutions with reasoning. 9. You are proactive in finding solutions to things you do not know. 10 You are organized, personable & having good sense of humour. 11. You give “consistently” competitive quotes for current & future projects. 12. You accept that payment is made as milestones the following way: a. $ 200 when the homepage is completed, tested & free of any bugs b. $ 200 when the property list page is completed, tested & free of any bugs d. $ 200 when the property detail page is completed, tested & free of any bugs e. $ 200 when the CRM & payment gateway is completed, tested & free of any bugs f. $ 200 + release of all the milestone payment when the site is completed and email accounts are setup.
