Wordpress skin/theme

I need a designer to quickly create a skin/theme for wordpress based on an existing website. The website that will provide the basis for the skin/theme is [login to view URL] The skin/theme will be used as the basis for a new website that is an affiliate of svn.com. In addition to the skin/theme work, it will also be necessary to create 6 pages for the site and customize the navigation bar so that it will work with the 6 new pages. The website will basically be built around the wordpress theme, with about 5 non-dynamic pages and one blog page. The skin/theme should be able to work with wordpress widgets as well. Installation of wordpress on our site will also be required.
