Wordpress Theme Upgrade and Events Manager 2

Ok here we go.... we hired someone to do this project, paid them, and they got the work started and they were on a roll but then he dissapeared on us. Unfortunetly all the work they did is on their server so we don't have access to it. So here is whats going on.... We want to change our website theme to Powmag but we want to start with a BRAND NEW install (we have new install and theme installed). Here is demo of new theme: [login to view URL] We are using Wordpress + Events Manager - Any work you do, we would like it setup as a child theme (we have not set this up yet) Project: Step 1: - Change the layout of how an event is displayed. See attached image "event layout". We will also need you to add a few new attibutes on back-end and front end. Such as: event website, cost etc..... - On the events listing page, we want it to display events in a list format, we actually have this code already done and you can grab it from our LIVE site but you will need to change the look so it cleans up to suite the new theme. Step 2: Once the events layout is done, we will need you to tranfer ALL content (pages, users, etc...) to the new website AND we need to keep the URLS the same from the old site so we don't lose out on SEO. of course there will be the temporary folder in the URL. Step 3. Once content has been moved and all looks good, I want to move the current live site to an archive folder and then move the new site to LIVE location. I am open to other ideas on how to do this. Just let me know. Thanks!
