Hi Freelancers, I would like you to develop an instant chat messenger for windows OS. It would include all the features of Nimbuzz chat messenger (PC version). Furthermore, there would be some additional features would be discussed in private message. I am also attaching a requirement document for quick reference you can have look at it. Development includes desktop application as well as server side, i would prefer java for server side with MS-SQL. The project would be for long term and i will be requiring new features with the passage of time. Freelancers with previous experience will be given more preference. Happy Bidding! Thank you!
