adapt wordpress bootstrap theme

Hi, I have a bootstrap template ([login to view URL]), which I would like to have converted to a Wordpress template. You can use the wp-bootstrap Wordpress template to start with, because that already contains almost everything I need. You can download wp-bootstrap from [login to view URL]) . So this only requires you to move the CSS styles and the JavaScript from appstrap to wp-bootstrap and modify the header & footer, and then make sure that the basic settings (changing the nav bar and colour scheme, site title and tag) are working. That's probably all you need to do to get this done and should take you no more than a couple of hours, if you even need that much time. Please only bid when you've stuff like this before and are able to do this quickly. Reply with a date that you can get this done by and amount of hours you think this will take.
