Themeforest Zoom wordpress theme tutorial & support

I need to learn how to build a complete website using the Zoom theme for wordpress ([login to view URL]) . The documentation of the Zoom theme is not helpful for me, as it doesn't have full and clear explanation of all the features and how to be done in details. What I need is the following; 1- Video tutorials for all the features of Zoom theme , it should cover step by step how to implement each feature of the theme and at the end to create the demo site that comes with Zoom theme from scratch up to the end. The purpose is not to install the demo site of Zoom, but to make it from scratch to end step by step. 2- Create a better user manual for the Zoom theme that cover all the details included in the documentation but in a better way with screen shots and examples. 3- One month of support, where the freelancer will help me with any technical issue I face while creating my website using the Zoom theme. This will include the installation of wordpress , zoom theme and any needed plugin. The required experience in freelance is the following: 1- Experience in creating website using wordpress : at least 20 websites 2- Experience with creating website using Zoom theme : at least 2 websites The payment will be in 3 milestones: 1- 35% : after finishing the tutorial videos 2- 35% : after finishing the user manual 3- 30% : after (1) month support
