Wordpress Form to Post

Hi, I need Wordpress form, that will post an article. Form will be availible for unregistred users. Then they submit the form, post will be in status Pending review and admin will publish it or trash it. Admin must be notified after submiting the form, user should be notified after publishing the post. So if you already made such form that is a big plus for you and you just modify your work. In picture [login to view URL] you can see how post will look like, in picture [login to view URL] you see what elements the form consists of. The numbers tell you how the fields will be connected to the post (it will in fact format the post according to the fields that are filled, using existing CSS). You will get the access to the wp and theme to see how it is formatted. Process: a) user picks up the category that he wants to post his post in (category will be loaded from wordpress categories) b) user will fill all the mandatory fields - if one is not filled, an error sign will popup (please fill all mandatory fields etc.) c) user uploads image, which will be used in main block (number 4 and 10). It will also be used as Featured image for post... image must have ALT and TITLE, max width 400px, max height 400px d) there must be some kind of captcha so the bots will not fill the db with crap e) also there must be another kind of security to ensure that no one can post without review of admin and the wp wont get hacked through this form f) email is mandatory, so an email should be sent to the user after admin publishes the post Ask any questions if something is not clear before bidding.
