Existing Website Design modifications

Hello, I've an existing website which is designed well. I want to change web-content on it. So, I need somebody to modify the design to fit new content. The overall look & feel of the site will remain the same. Only some modifications will be required.? You'll have to use existing images (.jpg, and .gifs) and modify them yourself. I can give you some .psd files but I am not sure if I have them all. My estimate is that following will be required: 1. Modification of few images (3-4) on the mainpage and slight re-design. I will ask you for suggestions. I will tell you what content I need to fit in there, and then you can tell me if the design needs to be modified or not. 2. The overall look and feel will remain the same, but you'll need to **polish** the look of internal pages without changing the overall structure.? Basically, that will involve? deciding? colors and graphics and even tweaking of internal-page layout/design elements. **Budget:** It's not a new design project, and it's simply tweaking of an existing design. I am also giving you some .psd files so I expect bids to be reasonably low. If I like your work, then we can go ahead and work on "brochure design", "letterhead design" etc. as a separate project. I am looking for a **designer (artist).** Creative and excellent in use of photoshop, html, css. **Additionally**, if this project goes well, then as a **separate** project, I will be interested in getting letterheads, and brochures designed as well. along with images in common .jpg, .gif, .png formats, you will have to give me source for all graphic files (such as in .psd) and also html,css for approved mock-ups.
