php and mySQL assistance required

We have a single database currently running a script on one primary domain ([login to view URL]) we have installed the script on a subdomain ([login to view URL]) which is using the same database - this works fine - however, what we want is to have the subdomain use a filtered version of the database showing only members from Ireland (country_id field relates to IE for Ireland). We are hoping that a modification to the [login to view URL] file will permit this to happen. We have set the xxx skill on this as well as the web sites do contain some adult content. Maximum spend is $30 on this part of the project - more work will follow for the chosen provider.
