Add Magento form outside Magento (to external page).

Please find below my requirement 1. I have one form which I want to integrate outside magento for vendor registration. 2. Ajax validation for existing user, shopname and email id. Welcome msg on successfull registration using Ajax in same space with different links displayed. 3. Want to use my current external page's css. 4. Integrate Admin login form on external page. Selected freelance must complete this project in 1 day. Freelancer has to implement it on dev site and once approved can apply it on live.
