Add changes and functionality to purchased WordPress theme -- 2

Hi, I am making a website that sells customised and tailored suits. I am currently in the process of migrating from my old site (not WP) [login to view URL] to a temporary location until I can obtain the domain name at [login to view URL], which is a WordPress site. I have added most of what I would like to have on the website now but in order to get the last few bits of functionality, it looks as though the WordPress theme itself will require changes. My list of changes are as follows: 1) On the old site at [login to view URL] there is an option to be able to purchase the complete suit, the jacket only or the waist coat only - each carrying their own prices. I will need to have the same functionality moved across into each product contained at [login to view URL] - it will need to be optional though as some suits won't have a waist coat, for example. So, I would require an easy way, in the theme, to be able to specify whether or not different parts of the suit can be sold separately. Please check the old site for reference or see image1.png. 2) On the old site at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] at the bottom of the page for each product there is a swatch that allows the user to be able to select a different fabric and it's code will get added to a text field to be appended to the order (also see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) - I will need to have similar functionality in the theme and be able to swap in certain fabrics/code should some become unavailable or new ones become available. I am not a WordPress expert so I would need for this to be an easy step for me when managing the site. 3) Similarly, I will need a text field for any custom labels or other details that can be added to an order. See [login to view URL] 4) Lastly, I will need a way for a shirt to have it's colour superimposed onto it. We only have one shirt but it can be customised in a number of ways. If you go to [login to view URL] and select Fabric Colour then what should happen is the colour will change on the shirt next to it (it is currently broken). See image5.png. I would like to have this functionality in the WordPress theme as well, if possible. If not possible then I am open to effective alternatives.
