BUSINESS MEETING ORGANIZER

Some Non Profit Organizations (NPO) organizes business meetings with companies or other organizations or professionals where the members joins in an hotel or convention center to make deals. During the Meetings (in a congress for example) the participants have 30 minutes to talk with the other parties in an specific Table (the tables are numbered to let the participants to know the meeting point with the other persons). The application will be used to let our company to rent the use of this site to NPO's to make Meetingś between other companies or organizations, let the participants to schedule their own agenda by choosing the companies they want to meet, the specific person in that company and search for matching “free agenda time” to create a new Meeting. In short we have: a) Organizations that create Meeting Events with numbered tables where people will meet. Each table will have an open agenda for the meetings. b) Companies that registers for the Meetings c) People from that Companies with an open agenda each one. d) Meeting Requests from one person from Company A to another person from Company B that can be accepted or rejected. e) If accepted, the system will assign both participants to any free table in the first date/time each of them has unoccupied. The system must coordinate the 3 agendas (Participant A, Participant B and the Table) f) During the event each participant will have half of the pre-defined time to talk and it will be guided with the “Session Page” with a clock and buzz alerts.
