Boiler Quote system

Boiler Quote Requirement We need a form creating that generates a quote based on the users’ choices. The results will be emailed to an admin for a follow-up phone call. The system will be hosted on a Linux/MySQL environment that runs a php cms and should this be compatible. The CMS is WordPress but the form can be stand-alone if this is the most cost effective. The system should use HTML/CSS and JavaScript to provide a smooth user experience. What type of home do you have? (Detached, Semi-Detached, Terraced, Flat) 2. How many bedrooms does your home have? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) 3. How many bathrooms does your home have? (1, 2, 3, 4) 4. Does your home have a hot water cylinder? (Yes, Yes but I want it removed, No) 5. Please select our standard or premium package (Standard, Premium) The Calculator After the above choices comes a page that shows the costs in GBP. There will be a calculator that shows the following: • One off cost (£xxxx.) • Monthly payment plan (£xx) The monthly payment plan will allow the user to choose their deposit and the payment period that will affect the value of the monthly payments. • Enter a Deposit (INPUT) • Change payment Period (SLIDER) with a field showing the months • Monthly repayments (Locked field.
