Build an Online Store 2

I want to make some changes to my existing site. I have a pizza takeaway website where customers place the food orders through my site and then we receive the orders at the backed (CMS) in a browersers and then we print the order and give the order in the kitchen where the food is prepared and then given to the driver who delivers the food to the customer address in the local area. The changes are as follows [login to view URL] the moment the design of the receipt is in A4 format which i want to change to thermal receipt printer size so that when I press the print button to print the order it should come out through the thermal receipt printer. The design of the details printed on the receipt is not very good at the moment so that needs to change as well. 2. at the moment customer has to spend at least £10 to make an order but this should applied to delivery only. for collection of order there should be no minimum spend required 3. for collection, only customer's name and phone number are required. at the moment it asks for email address and house address as well which should not be required. 4. all card payment should incur 0.50p charge. [login to view URL] and we at the backend get two emails for every order which should be changed to one only. 6. we want to edit the closing and opening hours from the backed. [login to view URL] should have an option for checking the reviews from the backend and then decide to delete or publish the reviews left by the customer. 8. just wanna check how much it costs to send text to customer for their order [login to view URL] get many emails in their account for one order like for every dish they get an order in their [login to view URL] should be corrected 10. when customer selects a product the quantity field should be preselected to 1 so that customer doest have to enter the quantity unless they want more . [login to view URL] should show the size of the pizza selected. at the moment only name of pizza is shown. also every item in cart should have an quantity option to add more items. 12. when customer fills their details for delivery the form asks whether they have house or flat. this option should be removed. only address line 1 and address line 2 and postcode should be asked. 13. all the pizzas in the offers and deals section should have similar options like select your crust, select your base sauce. 14. extra toppings should have a drop-down list option. at the moment it has long list covering the whole page. extra toppings should go in drop down option My site is [login to view URL]
