Build a Website (part 1). Build hybrid apps to access same website (part 2).

I am looking for an experienced Web / Mobile App Developer to build a simple website that I have designed (working demo in Axure and full specification available to selected candidates). This is part 1 of this job. The second part of the job (once website is built and working) is to build Android and iPad Mobile Apps for users that gives access to functions available on the website (I have a working demo that already fits iPad size). Who I'm looking for: =============== - An experienced Web & Mobile App Developer - Good English Speaker. - Track-record of professional work. - Has built Mobile Apps in modern IDEs - for example: Sencha Architect / Touch, or Appcelarator Titanium, PhoneGap, Cordova etc. (I need to build iOs and Android Apps in single source - quickly & at as low-cost as possible - and reuse as much code as possible from the website). - Possibly PHP skills. (?) - MySQL / some sort of accessible database that works on web - and can later be accessed via mobile app. - Experience of map aware libraries like OpenLayers or Leaflet. - Experience of HTML5 Canvas functions like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - WEBRTC experience (or similar). - Someone interested in future projects. Website / Application Requirements. =========================== The Website requires: - A secure Database, with single-sign, via an API from another company. - Website contains about 50 simple JPEG 'map images' (these are not GPS enabled - GPS is not required) at 1500 x 1500 pixels - all same size. - Uses HTML5 canvas and libraries like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] to allow the user to drag icons onto these maps, and draw lines etc onto these maps, from predefined palettes (design is complete - you only need to build what I need). Each icon or line dragged onto the map will be saved as a transparent overlay and must be editable later. GPS is not required - this is all at jpeg image level. - User selected icons / text / lines must be able to be moved to any area of the underlying image (1500x1500 static JPEG image). - Website saves all overlays as a single accessible record. - Some selected icons (less than 20 for each map image will have 3 or 4 pieces of simple editable metadata, presented in simple table format). - Uses WebRTC (or similar) to allow screen-sharing with other users.
