Build an eSports betting website with a payments system

The project required is an eSports (CSGO, DotA, LoL etc) betting website similar to SkyBet, WilliamHill et all, where people can deposit their money and bid on various sports for different odds. All the major eSports would be appreciated (or the ability to add different eSports). It would preferably be written in C# using the ASP.NET web framework, although PHP is acceptable if done efficiently. If using PHP, the preferred database is PostegreSQL.
