this is going to be a library in a php codeigniter application and is going to insert a file into db. The file can be CSV with or without headers or txt one data per line. We will provide the file url (stored on the server) and the library: 1) reads the csv / txt file 2) creates a new mysql table in db with an auto increment name (1, 2, 3 ...) 3) identifies column with email addresses 4) removes lines with duplicate email addresses 5) inserts into table 6) returns table name / error to the controller
