Car rental booking system Wordpress

We have currently a plugin named WP Car Rental by Ariesoft that not fulfills all needed specifications. You can modify or develop a new one. Need a WordPress car booking system with the following main specifications: WITHOUT availaible cars option: plugin WILL NOT MANAGE OR CHECK avalaible fleet. WITHOUT payment gate: system will only save data in database and send it to mail too. No API needed: plugin WILL NOT connect to another websites in order to get data. There will be 4 car rental offices, each one with same vehicles, but different prices. Prices will be on a daily basis. More days means daily price lower. Example: 1 day x 50€/day = 50. 4 days x 45€/day = 180€ Extras: booking system will offer optional extra features, some with daily prices and others with fixed price. Fleet description and features will be editable inside WordPress. Fleet prices will be editable inside WordPress. Depending selected office, form will be send to one email or another different. Behaviour: 1 - There will be a form at website home. User will select vehicle type, office, date and time. 2 – User will be redirect to another page, showing vehicles from that category, some info about the vehicle, price (with and without taxes), a list of optional extras. User will select desired car. 3 – In another page user will fulfill all personal details and when submitting the form, all info will be saved on database and email will be send to selected office.
