Change prestashop to multi-store - retail & wholesale

We have a retail prestashop 1.6 store and wish to convert it to a multi-store with a different domain. This I know is very straightforward and can be carried out within the Prestashop backend. However the second store is a wholesale only store with a completely different price structure. In order that our customers don't know the two stores are the same we need: 1. 2 different templates 2. The second store to have a completely different price structure that the original store 3. The second store will have to have a different set of categories to the first store 4 Most importantly it must not be possible for anyone to see prices on the second store unless they are a) registered and b) logged in 5. We want both stores to share the same stockholding, but they do not share orders and they do not share customers. We realise that this is a very simple job but we will be willing to work over a longer basis to integrate our ebay store and Amazon store if this proves successful
