Code FFMpeg Php tools

I have already FFMpeg installed on my server but i dont konw how it work. I need use it with php for proccess videos. 1) I must be able to cut videos into several frames per second , 2) The script must convert video to 32 images per seconde. (for exemple if the vidéo during 1 seconde the output needed is [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]) 3) Possibilty to resize output images before saving.
