Consume a webservice with php

I need consume ASAP a webservices with php (i prefer using nusoap) with wsdl not published. [login to view URL] I need to consume the webservice attached using the method setDigitalInvoice. Create the file for me. I prefer if u use nusoap., but i don't know if its possible to use that library this time, because i couldn't achieve it. I attach all files i have and my progress in senderWsdl.zip. Thank you. My budget is 40usd. It must be easy job for an experienced programmer. I only want to see the working test (i mean communication established). Don't show me how much experience you have, but the php file to consume the webservice working, If you want to work with this in advance and after finish i can choose you, go ahead.
