I require someone proficient in creating PDF forms for business use. I have the templates I just require someone to convert some of actions required and I believe javascript needs to be involved for some of the actions and maths etc. I want to commence the suite of forms needed with my most challenging being a weekly timesheet. It is required to be completed on an iPad, signed by someone on a construction site then this forms needs to be saved into dropbox and emailed to those designated. it needs to be very simple to use because blue collar works who are comfortable with paper need to be convinced this is a better solution i.e. paperless. I am very particular on the requirements and have explored many software applications on the market however non come even close to out requirements. I would prefer to work with someone whom I can liaise with on Sydney times however I do work long hours so this should not present too much of a problem. I value someone who will be very responsive and quick to reply to my questions or suggestions. I do not like back and forth emails that take a day to read then replied. I like quick response. i would also like to be able to Skype or similar to really explain the project requirements because it is difficult to put everything into words. I have attempted this particular pdf form myself but as an Accountant I am way out of my depth. I have attached a screenshot of my progress to day to represent a visual of the type of form required. I am super keen to get this underway so anyone that can start immediately will be chosen.
