Hi, I am a student who is good at coding in python and I have done many projects like this.I have down before project like this and message me so that I can show you previous work. This project can be done using mechanize to open the URL and using beautifulsoup HTML parser we can get the the link in the table and using retrieve function we can download the pdf and using pdfminer library we can extract text from the pdf and get the address in top left corner and finally compile the script to an windows executable and finally give you a windows software which can be directly run on Windows pc.
