Create a WordPress based Interactive form and another from Back End

Hi We are redesigning our website and needs 2 forms , where Front End form should be very much similar to following link [login to view URL] The website will be done using WordPress and this form is for the front end where people can fill and results get emailed to the us ( Admin ) in a very nice / professional way Part 2 : We need another form based on the attachment where we can send our customers the final quote based on their requirements and that should comes from the back end or Front End with a password protected area to prevent others accessing [login to view URL] once the form is completed , the form results should get emailed to the customer in plain HTML in email body with professional look + there should be a PDF as an attachment All quotes we send from our system should get stored and should be easily accessible at any given time and should be able to edit and re send . All quotes should follow a number sequence as well If we can get this as an Plugin , we would love to have it and we should be able to modify the content , field names etc Please show us your past similar projects and hope to have a chat very soon
