I need additional forms to be added in order to create a client portal that provides similar functionalities similar to the attached document. I'd like to utilise the WP Client plugin for Wordpress in order to reduce risk and price. I believe this project can be complete via the use of hooks to add in the additional functionalities that I require. Please provide a quotation (your charges and then charges to buy other plugins, etc), a quick mock up of how the finished product will look like, delivery time frame.
